Getting Started

Download TimeHuddle from the App Store or Google Play, or access the web version. Sign up with your email address or GitHub account to get started.

2. Set Up Your Organization

Create your organization or join an existing one using an invitation code. Your organization is your workspace where you'll collaborate with your team.

3. Create or Join Teams

Within your organization, create teams for different projects or departments. Invite team members and assign roles (admin or member).

4. Start Tracking Time

Clock in when you start work, select a ticket or task, and TimeHuddle will track your time automatically. Clock out when you're done. It's that simple!

5. View Reports & Timesheets

Access your dashboard to see daily and weekly summaries. Generate timesheets for any date range to review your work history and export data as needed.

What platforms does TimeHuddle support?

TimeHuddle is available as a web application accessible from any modern browser, as well as native iOS and Android mobile apps. All platforms sync in real-time, so you can switch between devices seamlessly.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption, and stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Can I use TimeHuddle offline?

TimeHuddle requires an internet connection to sync data in real-time. However, you can continue to use the app with limited functionality when offline, and your data will sync automatically when you reconnect.

How do I invite team members?

As an organization owner or team admin, you can invite members by sharing your team's unique join code. Members can enter this code during signup or in the Teams section to join your team.

Can I track time for multiple projects?

Yes. You can create multiple teams within your organization, each representing different projects or departments. You can also create tickets within teams to track time for specific tasks.

How do I export my timesheet data?

Navigate to the Timesheets section, select your desired date range, and use the export functionality to download your time data in various formats. Your organization admin may also have access to team-wide reports.

What permissions do team admins have?

Team admins can invite and remove members, approve join requests, create and assign tickets, and view team timesheets. Organization owners have additional permissions to manage the entire organization and all its teams.

How do push notifications work?

TimeHuddle sends push notifications for important events like shift reminders, new messages, team updates, and ticket assignments. You can customize notification preferences in your account settings.

Is there a limit to team size?

TimeHuddle supports teams of all sizes, from small groups to large organizations with hundreds of members. There is no hard limit on the number of teams or members you can have.

What if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password securely.
